We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date — you do not need to give a reason.

Try before you pay

Every project on BuildRecord includes a 7-day free trial with everything unlocked, so you can see exactly what you are buying before the one-off £19.99 one-off per project payment.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, which is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. To request one:

• go to paddle.net and enter the email address used at checkout, or
• email us at jamesspencer935@hotmail.com and we will arrange it for you.

Refunds are returned to the original payment method. Your bank or card provider usually takes a few working days to show the money back in your account.

What happens to your project

After a refund, that project returns to the free view. Your documents and records are not deleted straight away — you can still export your project record or repurchase at any time. You can ask us to delete your data as described in our Privacy Notice.
